Sakarya Üniversitesi (SAÜ) Elektrik Elektronik Mühendisliği Bölümü Öğretim Üyesi Prof. Dr. Osman Çerezci, elektronik cihazların yaydığı elektromanyetik radyasyona bazı teknikler kullanarak en az seviyede maruz kalmanın mümkün olabileceğini belirtti.

Prof. Dr. Çerezci, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, gündelik yaşamın vazgeçilmez parçası haline gelen elektronik cihazların, yaydıkları elektromanyetik radyasyon nedeniyle insan sağlığı bakımından risk oluşturduğunu söyledi.

Çerezci, elektronik cihazların yaydığı elektromanyetik radyasyona bazı teknikler kullanılarak en az seviyede maruz kalmanın mümkün olduğunu ifade etti.

Elektromanyetik radyasyonun neden olduğu riskin asgari düzeye indirilmemesi durumunda tehlike kavramının ortaya çıkacağına dikkati çeken Çerezci, ''Elektromanyetik radyasyon cep telefonu, yüksek gerilim hatları ve kullandığımız her türlü elektronik cihazlar aracılığıyla hayatımızda bir şekilde risk oluşturuyor. Yapmamız gereken bilinçli bir yaşamı tercih ederek söz konusu riski en aza indirmenin yollarını aramaktır'' dedi.

Elektromanyetik radyasyon açısından elektronik cihazlar sıralanırsa cep telefonunun en ön sıralarda geldiğini bildiren Çerezci, ''Cep telefonları, yüksek gerilim hatları, radyo televizyon kuleleri ciddi şekilde elektromanyetik radyasyon yayıyor. Yüksek gerilim hatları ve radyo televizyon kulelerinin 500 metre yakınında ev bulunmaması lazım'' diye konuştu.

-''ARAÇTA CEP TELEFONUYLA GÖRÜŞMEYİN''-

Cep telefonlarının insan hayatının ayrılmaz parçası haline geldiğini belirten Çerezci, mümkün olduğunca sabit telefonların kullanılması gerektiğini belirterek, şöyle konuştu:

''Cep telefonlarını mümkün olduğunca az ve tekniğine uygun kullanmamız gerekiyor. Araçta mümkün olduğunca cep telefonuyla görüşmememiz gerekiyor. Görüşme sırasında araçta elektromanyetik dalgalar dolaşıyor. Kafesin içine girdiği için cep telefonu yüksek güçte çalışıyor. Elektromanyetik dalga çıkış şansını zorluyor, açık havadaki gibi değil. Bu da araç içindeki elektromanyetik dalganın dolaşmasına ve bulunmasına ortam hazırlıyor. Şarjı uzun süre giden cep telefonlarını kullanmanın en iyi tercih olacağını ifade eden Çerezci, söz konusu telefonların daha düşük güçte çalışması nedeniyle daha az elektromanyetik radyasyona maruz bırakacağını belirtti.

Cep telefonunun yatarken kesinlikle baş ucuna konulmaması gerektiğini söyleyen Çerezci, şunları kaydetti:

''Cep telefonlarının antenleri arka kısmında olduğu için taşırken ekranı vücudumuza, anteni dışa bakacak şekilde taşımak çok önemli. Tasarruflu ampullerin de elektromanyetik radyasyon yaydığına dikkati çeken Prof. Dr. Çerezci, yetkililerin bu konuda vatandaşları uyarması ve nelere dikkat edilmesi gerektiği konusunda bilgilendirmesi gerektiğini söyledi.

Çerezci, şöyle devam etti:

''Enerji tasarrufunu kabul ediyoruz ama ampullerin bazı kullanım şartları olmalı. Öğrencilerin çalışma masalarında tasarruflu ampul kullanmamak lazım. Neden? Çünkü tasarruflu ampullere yakın duruyorsanız çok şiddetli bir radyasyonla baş başa kalırsınız. Bunun için baz istasyonunun yanına gitmeye gerek yok.
